Nutrition is a significant health factor in a woman’s overall wellbeing. The Wagga Women's Health Centre has teamed up with local Nutritionists from Ingrained Nutrition in Wagga to bring you free individual consultations with a private practice dietician in our Centre.
No referral is required to access this free service. In your initial Dietetics Consultation, you will discuss your medical, nutritional health and wellbeing needs with our trained dietician, Caitlin Scane. You will then receive the tools, knowledge and tailored advice to guide you towards an improved feeling of wellness.

meet caitlin scane
Caitlin is a Wagga local and has been working as a private practice dietitian in Wagga Wagga for over 9 years.
Caitlin has been the leading force in the Ingrained Nutrition team in the last 5 years, bringing her experience, supportive approach and accumulated knowledge of nutrition and applying this to real-life situations.
Her specialised areas of nutrition are eating disorders, paediatrics, and gastrointestinal health, having completed additional studies in 2017, as a FODMAP Accredited Dietitian and in 2022 as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian. Caitlin has had years of experience working with clients of all ages and genders with all types of eating disorders as well as with clients to investigate and manage irritable bowels and food intolerances.
As a Dietitian and mum, raising 2 young girls, Caitlin can also empathise with the challenges of feeding children, and she enjoys helping both children and parents to tackle fussy eating and problem feeding confidently. She loves to work with families to make mealtimes easier at the same time as optimising their nutritional health and wellbeing.

The Wagga Women's Health Centre Opening Hours are:
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
Telehealth Counselling is available 7 days and appointments are available in the evenings and on weekends.
Appointments must be made during business hours by contacting the Centre.
No referral necessary.
